This is a picture of my Splinter Cell: Chaos Theory for the Xbox 360 disk. I was playing it one day when my dog bumped up against the cabinet that the 360 was laying on, and the next thing I know there’s a loud, screeching sound coming from the xbox and the game went to a white screen… so I rushed to the xbox and turned it off. Then i took out the disk to see what happened to it, and it had all these scratches around the outside of it! (like the picture) I tried to put it back into the xbox and when i did, the screen said “to play this disk please put it into an Xbox 360 console”
Needless to say I was furious! Apparently you can’t move the xbox even a tiny bit while the xbox is playing or it will get scatched up. So I wanted to know if Microsoft would replace the disk because of the Xbox’s faults. They said that they will only give you Perfect Dark Zero and nothing else.
I’m a fan of Microsoft but sadly, they let me down. The moral of this post is too keep you xbox in an indestrucible steel dome while playing.
